Past Projects and Studies
Preservation Study Dakota County East-West Corridor.
Installation of new traffic signals in recent years at the intersections of Dodd/Glacier and Dodd/Pilot Knob.
Construction of a roundabout in 2019 at the intersection of Dodd Boulevard/Flagstaff Avenue.
Coordination with a number of private developments occurring on or adjacent to these projects, including:
Knob Hill of Lakeville – the extension of New County Road 9 (179th Street) will occur with this project in summer 2020, from Fieldcrest Avenue to Pilot Knob Road.
The Springs at Lakeville, located at the Northwest quadrant of Cedar Avenue and Dodd Boulevard.
Summers Creek, located between Hayes Avenue and Cedar Avenue. This project will complete preliminary grading activities prior to the County and City completing construction of the new realignment of 179th Street.
